What is your returns policy?

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, if your product arrives damaged or defective we ask that you email us a picture of the defective product & order number within 14 days of order receipt. 

Are your products tested on animals?

Never! We are a cruelty free company.

My order was marked as delivered but I can't find it, what can you do to help?

Once an item is marked delivered on tracking information, we are not responsible for those items. If your package was marked delivered by USPS and you have not received it, please deal directly with USPS. More often than not, items were delivered and either misplaced or found at a neighbor's home. If, after filing a claim with USPS and waiting for two weeks (typically the amount of time it takes for misplaced packages to be found) and the package is still lost, please email us with proof of claim, and we will send out a new package at no cost to you.
